Family and Care Partners

Return to Our Patients
Care Partners such as family, friends, and other visitors are welcome and encouraged at Midwest Surgical Hospital. Your emotional support relieves pre-surgery stress. Your commitment and care ensure a patient's safe return home. We recognize your importance by extending patient comfort amenities to care partners as well, including meals upon request.

Midwest Surgical Hospital is proud of the comfort and ambience offered by the design of our waiting areas. Inspired by the 1920's Hollywood era, everything from the fireplace to the light fixtures, the furniture to the fine art, was placed intentionally to make our visitors feel welcome. We hope you enjoy our selections of prairie-themed works from artists such as Grant Wood, Marc Bohne, William McCarthy, and David Schock.

In consideration of our shared goal supporting patient success before, during, and after surgery, please be mindful of these Hospital regulations:

  • Substitute Mylar balloons for latex.
  • Set cellular phones to low or vibrate.
  • Minimize conversations in patient care areas.
  • Midwest Surgical Hospital maintains a smoke-free environment.
